Welcome to TradeShowLUX (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Custom Products

Custom-printed or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
Please review all artwork proofs, colors, and specifications carefully before approving your order.

3.2 Non-Custom Products

Non-custom items may be returned within 3 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.
A 15 % restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Orders, Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice.
We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer (for bulk orders).
Orders must be fully paid before production or shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Free ground shipping applies within the contiguous U.S. (48 states).
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses incur extra charges.
Delivery times depend on artwork approval, production schedule, and carrier performance.
We are not liable for carrier or customs delays.

6. Taxes and Duties

Sales tax applies where TradeShowLUX has a tax nexus.
Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation before checkout.
International orders may be subject to duties or taxes payable by the customer.

7. Warranty

Most products include a limited warranty:

  • Hardware (frames, stands): 2 years

  • Printed graphics: 1 year
    Covers manufacturing defects only; excludes misuse, wear, or modification.
    Claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Custom items – changes before artwork approval.

  • Stock items – changes before shipment.

  • Orders already in production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, and graphics belong to TradeShowLUX or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradeShowLUX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in Oregon courts.
